About Workfloor
Workfloor is an AI operations company built for HVAC contractors. We find where your business is quietly losing revenue, build a system to stop the bleed, and then run it for you — one shop at a time, on the CRM you already use.
Why we built this
One in four calls to the average HVAC shop goes unanswered. Cancelled slots sit empty. Quotes land a day late, and by then the customer has already booked someone else. None of it shows up on a P&L — it just walks quietly to the competitor down the street.
The software industry's answer was to sell owners another dashboard and call it a day. We thought that was backwards. Contractors don't need one more thing to manage. They need the work handled.
So we built Workfloor inside out: we scope your operation, build a system shaped to it, and then we run it ourselves. Nothing new to learn, nobody new to hire — just recovered jobs and a plain-English report waiting every morning.
How we work
We're a small team of operators and engineers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa — close enough to the trade to know that no two shops run the same way. There's no one-size template here. Every system is scoped, built, and tuned to a single business, in its own voice, on its own rules.
And once it's live, keeping it sharp is our job, not yours. We review performance every month, double down on what's working, and fold in new capability as the technology moves. Month three runs better than month one — and you never touch a thing.
What we believe
Anyone can sell a tool and call it a solution. We run the system ourselves, so the owner never quietly becomes the operator.
If the discovery call shows we can't move the needle for your shop, we say so on the spot. No pressure, no obligation, no wasted afternoon.
The system holds the high-stakes calls for you. You draw the line; it never crosses it without your say-so.
We tune to real call patterns, real pricing, and real seasons — not whatever happens to look good in a sales pitch.
Let's talk
Thirty minutes. We map your operation, show you where the revenue is leaking, and tell you exactly what we'd build — whether we work together or not.
